The Reformer Pilates Edit

Finding time to exercise can easily become another task on an already busy list. Between school runs, work, family life and everything else that fills the week, trying to book Pilates classes one by one can quickly feel stressful and difficult to maintain.

That’s exactly why we created this Reformer Pilates course in Oxfordshire.

Instead of constantly searching for available classes, your sessions are planned for the entire term. Your place is secured, your routine is set, and your Oxfordshire Pilates course becomes part of your weekly rhythm. All you need to do is show up, move your body and enjoy the benefits of a consistent Reformer Pilates routine.

Suitable for All Levels

Whether you're completely new to Reformer Pilates or returning after a break, the course is designed to support every level. Your instructor will provide:

• exercise progressions
• beginner options

So everyone can move at a pace that feels right.

  • The Reformer Course is suitable for all levels, including complete beginners. Whether you are new to Reformer Pilates, returning to exercise after a break, or already familiar with reformer classes, the instructor will offer options and progressions so you can work at a level that feels right for you.

  • Each Reformer Course runs for 5-6 weeks, following the structure of the school term. This allows you to build consistency, improve your strength and see progress over time.

  • Because the course is a structured programme with limited spaces, we're not able to reschedule your class. However, you can pick up where you left off at the next class.

  • Classes are intentionally kept small with 6–8 members per group. This allows the instructor to give individual guidance while creating a friendly and welcoming environment.

  • Yes. While the focus is on Reformer Pilates, the course is also designed to create a sense of community. After each session, a table is reserved nearby for anyone who would like to stay for coffee or brunch. The social time is optional but many members enjoy the chance to connect.

  • Classes are held at Flow Pilates in Oxfordshire, using professional reformer machines in a supportive studio environment.
