The School Mum Edit Terms and Conditions
By joining The School Mum Edit as a member, you confirm that you have read and agree to the following terms and conditions. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with one of the team.
1. Event Participation
Guests taking part in any of The School Mum Edit events confirm that they are physically able to participate.
2. Venue Responsibilities
The School Mum Edit events are hosted at independent venues.
These venues operate under their own health, safety and insurance policies and are responsible for the services they provide.
3. Liability
The School Mum Edit acts as the event organiser and host only.
By becoming a member of The School Mum Edit, guests acknowledge that participation in physical activity and attendance at the venues is undertaken at their own risk.
The School Mum Edit accepts no liability for injury, loss, illness, food preparation, allergic reactions, or incidents arising from services provided by any of the events organised.
5. Dietary Requirements & Allergies
Guests are responsible for informing the hosts or venue of any allergies or dietary requirements in advance, where possible.
Food preparation and allergen management are the responsibility of the venue.
6. Babies & Children
Babies are welcome at most of our events. Please contact your host in advance to ensure the event is suitable for babies.
Parents and guardians remain responsible for their children at all times.
7. Photography & Social Media
A photographer may be present at events taking photographs for The School Mum Edit website, social media and marketing.
If you would prefer not to appear in photographs, please inform the photographer on the day and she will ensure you are not included where reasonably possible.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests attend at their own risk and remain responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
The School Mum Edit and event venues accept no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal items.
9. Event Changes
In the unlikely event that timing, instructor or venue arrangements need to change, guests will be informed as soon as possible.
10. Tickets & Refunds
Tickets for School Mum Edit events are non-refundable as places are limited and reserved in advance.
11. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly throughout during any event hosted by The School Mum Edit.
Hosts reserve the right to refuse participation in events if a guest appears unwell, injured or unable to safely participate.
12. Sharing Your Information with Third-Party Suppliers
By joining as a member of The School Mum Edit, you acknowledge and agree that we may share limited personal information with selected third-party suppliers where reasonably necessary to deliver the relevant service or experience.
This may include, but is not limited to:
event venues
wellness and fitness instructors
restaurants and hospitality providers
travel or accommodation providers
event management or booking platforms
photography or media providers
The information shared will typically be limited to your name, contact details, booking information, and any relevant preferences or requirements necessary for the supplier to deliver the service safely and effectively.
All third-party suppliers are expected to handle your information responsibly and in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Where a supplier requires additional information directly from you (for example dietary requirements, health information for fitness activities, or travel documentation), they may contact you directly and their own privacy policies and terms and conditions may apply.

By joining as a member of the School Mum Edit, you confirm that:

• You accept that participation is voluntary
